CEO Roger Terwilliger has over 12 years of experience in the Base camp industry with an emphasis on the set up and operation of high capacity base camps and other worker housing operations. Having served in the United States Army to include service as a senior non-commissioned officer in the United States Army Special Forces, Roger has gained wide experience in operating in developed as well as remote and austere environments to include employment in Europe as well as South and Central America. In 2003, Roger was employed in Iraq to protect and operate a base camp located in northern Iraq at Dibis. Subsequently, Roger designed and built the Mula Abdula power station base camp and worker housing facility as well as the United States Army Corps of Engineers headquarters facility located at Camp Speicher located in north central Iraq. Roger has also worked in Afghanistan and Southern Sudan as well as having been the Campus Mayor for a fifteen hundred worker housing facility at the 2010 Winter Olympics in British Columbia, Canada. Roger’s technical and logistical expertise, his team building skills and his “can do” attitude can provide you with the ability to complete base camp projects anywhere in the world, on time and to the standard expected by the customer. Roger holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
